Returns
*RETURNS* All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

We normally ship in 24-48 hours business days. Please order early to ensure you get your items on time for your special occasion. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.
*SHIPPING INSURANCE*We are responsible for your lovely purchase until USPS shows it has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase Priority Mail which includes insurance on your end.

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. *INTERNATIONAL ORDERS* AT THIS TIME WE ONLY DELIVER TO US AND CANADA. For International Orders we ship USPS first class international. You will receive a tracking number once the postage is purchased. Our experience tells us that arrival time is 2-6 weeks depending on your location.
Care instructions
Do not wash. The bands are not pre-stretched. Please stretch them as much as needed to accommodate the child's head. Fits preemie to pre-teen. Very soft and stretchy.
Wear Instructions
Do not leave child unattended while wearing any headband or hair clip.
